Where is the Dhow Marina's boarding location?

Dubai Marina Harbour is where our dhow is berthed. Upon final confirmation, our representative will provide you with the Dhow location map and parking alternatives via WhatsApp and email.

Where is the Creek Dhow located?

In Bur Dubai’s Al Seef neighbourhood, close to the Canopy by Hilton, the Dhow Cruise Creek of Al Wasl starts. Our reservation officer will email and WhatsApp you the dhow’s location and parking alternatives as soon as your tour is confirmed.

When does the Al Wasl Dhow Cruise take place?

Daily hours for Al Wasl Dhow are 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The cruise leaves promptly at 8:30 PM, with boarding beginning at 7:30 PM. To prevent needless delays, we advise you to come before the boarding time.

What is the Infant Policy?

Infants under the age of three are exempt from fees according to our policy. Since we do not supply infant food, mothers who are travelling with these babies are in charge of packing all essential baby supplies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is intended to be transparent and equitable. A 10% administration fee will be subtracted from your refund if you cancel your trip at least two days in advance. We will either put you on our next trip or give you a full refund if the cancellation is brought on by inclement weather or any operational problems. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund and that the whole cost will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your trip.
