• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
• Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, tours may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. Guests will have the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
• No-show: Guests who do not show up on the scheduled date and time of their booking or cancel at the last minute will not be eligible for a refund.

• Inclusions and Exclusions: The price of each tour includes only the items specified in the itinerary. Additional activities, meals, or services not mentioned are not included in the price.

5. Liability and Responsibility

• Personal Liability: Desert Knight Tourism is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during a tour, including personal belongings. Guests are advised to ensure adequate insurance coverage.
• Assumption of Risk: By booking a tour, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to desert excursions and wildlife encounters.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

7. Governing Law
