Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • In case Tours or Tickets are cancelled after booking, 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infants, and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between the ages of 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged the child rate.
  • Children above the age of 12 will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

  • To enter, please bring the tickets you downloaded from the booking dashboard.
  • Bring your downloaded tickets and a valid ID or passport.
  • To finish the admissions process, arrive 30 to 60 minutes early.
  • Children and visitors under the age of sixteen must be escorted by a 21+ adult.
  • Half an hour before the park closes, Ain Dubai will close.
  • One rotation takes 38 minutes, and all of the cabins have air conditioning.
  • Only food and drink from Ain Dubai’s lounge or concessions are allowed; outside food is not.
  • In the event of sandstorms, rain, strong winds, or technical issues, Ain Dubai may close.
  • Tickets must be used during the time frame indicated on them.
